The physicians of Retina Associates are devoted to the care of patients with disorders of the retina and vitreous. We specialize in the diagnosis and medical and surgical treatment of a variety of serious conditions such as macular degeneration, retinal vascular disease including diabetic retinopathy and vein occlusion, retinal detachment, trauma and cancer.

Our physicians have completed advanced fellowships in the diseases and surgery of the retina and vitreous and have been dedicated to the education of ophthalmologists in training at number of academic institutions throughout Chicago. Retina Associates is committed to scientific research to advance the quality of care for patients suffering from vitreo-retinal disorders and is engaged in clinical trials evaluating new approaches towards retinal disease.

Our practice maintains multiple offices throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. Each of our offices is fully equipped with state of the art diagnostic and therapeutic instrumentation such as photography, angiography, computerized tomography and ultrasonography. A number of procedures are performed in our offices.

Our practice accepts almost all private and government insurance plans and is committed to care for all of our existing patients regardless of their financial circumstances.
